With a Customer Service Management career spanning 20 years, Mrs. Dahl is uniquely qualified to serve uBid's growing base of online sellers. Sally is instrumental in designing the core set of internet tools and reports for both uBid's Certified Merchant platform and internal Account Managers.
During her six year tenure as uBid's VP of Customer Service, Sally supported uBid buyers and sellers, repeatedly re-setting uBid's high-water mark for exemplary service and support. Over the last six years Sally's focus on service has been reflected in numerous web site redesigns, infrastructure and process improvements and of course delighted buyers and sellers.
Prior to joining uBid, Sally built a solid base of experience running customer contact centers for both Capital One and FTD. Sally received her B.A. in Marketing from Lewis University in Romeoville, IL.
