Sala S. Mataalii, RN, MA, MBA/HCM, Torrance, CA, has been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years and has over 18 years experience in Nursing Management and Administration. She recently completed her Masters of Business Administration in Health Care Management and is currently completing a Masters of Science in Nursing. Ms. Mataalii is the founder and president of the Board of Samoan National Nurses Association (SNNA), a non-profit organization in Southern California. The SNNA works to promote, advocate, identify, define, target and serve the Pacific Islander community in providing quality health education, recommendations, research, guidance and services. Ms. Mataalii is a community leader, health advocate and community organizer who is committed to support and join the fight and struggle to reverse the trends of breast cancer disparity, and other types of cancer in all communities. |
