Mr. Renzo joined the firm in 2007. Prior to joining Midtown Partners, Mr. Renzo was a Principal at Marco Polo Securities a boutique investment bank focused on middle market and cross border transactions. He has significant experience in raising financing, M&A, and restructuring advisory activities for mid size firms primarily in the healthcare sector. He has also acted as transitional CFO for emerging firms in the healthcare services and technology space seeking capital for growth and/or turnaround. Mr. Renzo is a Certified Public Accountant and his experience includes tenures at Deloitte & Touche LLP, Healthcare Division and Ernst & Young LLP, Healthcare Division. He received a B.A. in Finance from Pace University and an M.B.A. from Clemson University. |
