Ryan Thomas has spent more than 11 years in the technology industry, bringing to his role as Director of the Syrinx SharePoint Practice a sense of vision, efficiency, and passion for the people and technology within the organization. He is responsible for the management, operations, and growth of the rapidly expanding SharePoint Practice within SyrinxPrior to joining Syrinx in 2004, Ryan had been consulting with Monster.com as a key contributor in the architecture and implementation of their migration to the Microsoft .NET platform. He was part of the team that designed, built, and released one of the first new Monster.com applications written entirely in Microsoft .NET and built using the new architectural paradigms within the organization.Ryan has previously owned his own consulting company where he was responsible for technical and administrative leadership of the company and employees. In this role he and his team assisted many companies in the Greater Boston Area with technology resources, architectural guidance, and development experience in Microsoft technologiesHe graduated from the University of Vermont where he received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. More recently, Ryan completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specific on focus on technology from the University of Phoenix online degree program. He still maintains his current Microsoft technical certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Application Developer. |
