Jane E. Beale has over 30 years experience in Human Resources management, coaching, organizational development, leadership development and training within the Communications/Advertising Industry. She has designed and directed and delivered developmental programs for all levels of management and led her companies through periods of great change.Jane joined The Leader's Edge in November 2001 and opened the New York/Connecticut office in 2002, where she is responsible for sales and delivery, and for identifying and assimilating coaches and building alliances. Former corporate positions include Executive Vice President, Worldwide Director of Human Resources for Initiative Media and SVP of North America at Rapp Collins Worldwide, an Omnicom Company. Jane also held senior positions at two Young & Rubicam Companies and at Ogilvy & Mather and Benton & Bowles, all major firms located in New York. In addition, Jane has done pro bono work for the Institute of Families and Children in New York City, where she trained recent immigrants from former Soviet countries to find employment. She is a speaker and active member of several human resources support organizations. Jane volunteers for Gilda's Club in Manhattan.Born and raised in Ohio, she holds a degree in English and Psychology from Wright State University and has lived and worked in Brussels, Belgium, California, Boston and New York. |
