Ryan Stai is an associate in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Construction Law department, where he focuses his practice on construction litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Gordon Shumaker, the Honorable Terri Stoneburner and the Honorable Bruce Willis at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. He is the author of Counteracting Theft and Fraud: The Applicability of RICO to Organized Retail Crime, 88 Minn. L. Rev. 1391 (2004).
