Ryan McClean is Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust’s Southern California region, where he oversees acquisitions, development, build-to-suits, asset management and lease negotiations for the Company’s Los Angeles and San Diego portfolios. Previously, Mr. McClean was Senior Investment Analyst for the Company’s West Coast region, where he oversaw acquisitions and dispositions for First Industrial’s Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; and Portland, OR markets. In this role, Mr. McClean was integral in expanding the Company’s presence from its Midwest origins to a coast-to-coast provider of industrial real estate solutions, including establishing First Industrial’s Los Angeles office and acquiring a 1.2 million square foot portfolio of properties in Southern California. Mr. McClean joined First Industrial in 1996 as an analyst for the Company’s new market investment team.
Professional affiliations include the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Urban Land Institute. Mr. McClean holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. |
