Ryan performs financial and real estate analysis on all types of commercial real estate and debt structures and advises clients seeking debt for acquisition, repositioning, construction, and refinancing of all types of income properties. Prior to joining Johnson Capital, Ryan interned as a research associate at PM Realty Advisors. Ryan holds a B.A. in economics from the University of California, San Diego and an MBA with an emphasis in finance and real estate from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. |
