Ryan Bilbrey is a managing director in FTI’s Forensic and Litigation Consulting Technology practice and is based in Phoenix. Mr. Bilbrey specializes in projects involving large amounts of electronic data, using technology tools to perform data acquisition and analyses on a scale not economically feasible using traditional methodologies. He has 13 years of experience in large-scale data collection, damage analysis, electronic discovery, and computer forensic engagements.
Mr. Bilbrey’s experience includes supervision of an AML Lookback analysis for one of the largest global wholesale and correspondent bank platforms. In this role, Mr. Bilbrey managed a team of technology and compliance professionals in a historical review of transactional activity using data cleansing and cluster methodologies, statistical modeling, rules-based analyses and risk-based prioritization for alert and case management.
Mr. Bilbrey’s experience includes several years of work on an Indian trust-related class action matter for the U.S. government. On this matter he planned and managed a document collection effort involving more than 100 locations, managed the account reconciliation effort for the named plaintiffs in the case, supported trial testimony regarding the results of this reconciliation, and helped plan and implement a second account reconciliation effort for a statistical sample of accounts. He has also managed electronic discovery and computer forensic projects for clients in the financial services, consumer products, education, and manufacturing industries.
Other clients have included companies in the health care, energy, technology, communications, entertainment, and aerospace industries.
Mr. Bilbrey holds a B.S. in business administration with concentrations in finance and management and a minor in economics from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. |
