Ryan Bailey is Chief Financial Officer of DYONYX. Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who provides strategic leadership over all financial, human resource and back office operations for DYONYX. His insight and savvy for business-technology transactions for both private and public sector clients, help explain his rapid rise at DYONYX from Senior Accountant to Controller to the CFO position he currently holds. Ryan is a valuable participant in DYONYX board meetings, providing expert financial guidance, continuous improvement and reporting on internal controls.
Prior to joining DYONYX, Ryan was a Senior Account for Lopez, Blevins, Bork & Associates where he led the audit and financial review teams for publicly-traded companies’ SEC and audit requirements. He also worked for public accounting firm Weinstein, Spira & Company, working with Fortune 500 companies throughout the southwest region of the U.S.
Ryan was drafted as a pitcher out of high school in San Diego, California by the Cleveland Indians, however elected to play ball at Sam Houston State University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA). |
