Ryan Showalter’s practice in commercial litigation and land use, zoning and real estate development matters involves representation of a broad array of clients ranging from individuals, developers and municipal governments to health care institutions and national corporations.Mr. Showalter has substantial land use and zoning experience including an undergraduate degree in environmental planning. His practice encompasses the complete range of land use and real estate development issues, including annexation, zoning matters, subdivision and development plan approval, construction and environmental permitting and, if necessary, litigation related to all of these issues. Mr. Showalter routinely interacts with design and engineering professionals, local, state and federal regulatory agencies, administrative and legislative bodies and courts.
