Ryan C. Lennox is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's San Diego office. He is a member of the Corporate Department as well as the private equity practice group.
Ryan’s practice includes venture capital and other private equity financings; mergers and acquisitions; corporate formation and maintenance; convertible note and other debt financings; licensing; stock option plans and executive compensation; and executive employment agreements.
During law school, Ryan served as a law clerk at the United States Securities & Exchange Commission as well as at the National Association of Securities Dealers. Ryan is admitted to practice in California, and he is a member of the American Bar Association, the San Diego County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
