Ryan Brunton practices in the Business Transactions Practice Group in the Kansas City, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and consumer lending, general corporate transactions, land use development and financing, and other financial and real estate transactions.
Commercial Lending: Ryan represents both lenders and borrowers in asset-based, real estate secured and equity financing transactions. His experience includes documentation and negotiation of numerous small to mid-market loan transactions.
Consumer Lending: Ryan represents several national consumer lenders with respect to loan documentation and compliance issues in Kansas and Missouri.
General Corporate Transactions: Ryan's experience includes entity formations, mergers, stock and asset purchases, securities redemptions and general entity maintenance for business entities ranging from sole proprietorships to large corporations.
Land Use Development and Financing: Ryan represents developers, investors and lenders with respect to acquisitions, acquisition financing, construction financing, economic development incentive programs, and commercial leases for such land uses as hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, warehouses and residential developments. He also represents many national real estate mortgage lenders as local counsel, in both Kansas and Missouri, with respect to loan documentation and compliance.
