Ruthanne is a Managing Director, runs the Firm's internal hiring and is co-head of the Human Resources Practice. She joined Glocap Search LLC with several years experience in hi-tech/international marketing where she worked for Oracle, Lucent, and later Volera, a Novell subsidiary. Prior to business school, she worked in business development for the French Trade Commission of San Francisco where she assisted French technology companies to establish a presence in the USA.She began recruiting as a student ambassador to Admissions team at UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business in which she continues to play an active role in her post-MBA life. A native of San Francisco, Ruthanne enjoys running marathons, speaks fluent French and loves indie/foreign films. She also enjoys membership in NDN, Association of Women MBA's, and Network 20/20 among other professional organizations.Ruthanne has a BA in International Relations from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business. |
