Ruth Storrings is charged with the administration and compliance of Human Resources products and services for our AlphaStaff clients. She directs and coordinates training programs and updates, client HR consultations, drug/alcohol and reference programs, unemployment administration, and continually monitors our compliance with various employment laws. Ruth has been the Human Resources Director at AlphaStaff since 2000 but has over 15 years of HR management experience with other national companies including The Sports Authority, BE Aerospace and Brothers Gourmet Coffees. She received her masters’ degree from American University in Washington, D.C., her Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resources Management, and has been active in the national and local HR chapters of SHRM. |
