Ruth Sims consults directly with campuses on market research, marketing strategy, and communications development, and also oversees the development of new Noel-Levitz products and services. She is a driving force behind the firm’s national prominence as a center for market research, specializing in image analyses, communication strategies, and market positioning.
Ms. Sims offers a wealth of expertise, having served more than 150 colleges and universities over the course of her 22-year career in higher education marketing. Her responsibilities range from directing market research studies and leading consultations to managing publications and Web site development services for clients. Her management responsibilities also include the Noel-Levitz certificate program in enrollment management. Prior to joining the firm, she managed creative services for a Citicorp subsidiary and served as a marketing executive for US Bank.
Associations and education
Ms. Sims serves on the board of directors of Sun Valley Youth Center, an organization serving Denver’s lowest income neighborhood with tutoring and other child development services. She holds a master’s degree in applied communications from the University of Denver (CO). |
