Ruth E. Bruch has been Kellogg Company's senior vice president and chief information officer since February 2006. She is also a member of the company's global leadership team.
Ms. Bruch most recently held the position of senior vice president and CIO for Lucent Technologies, where she led the worldwide implementation of SAP for order fulfillment and re-engineered the information technology function, resulting in significant cost and delivery performance improvements. Prior to her position at Lucent, Ms. Bruch served as CIO for Visteon Corporation and Union Carbide Corporation. In her previous CIO positions, Ms. Bruch has been responsible for leading major business and technology change initiatives. She has extensive experience in information technology strategy and solutions development for the banking industry and consulting experience in process and transportation industries. Ms. Bruch is a member of the board of directors of Mellon Financial Corporation. She received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Iowa.
