Russ Fradin is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Hewitt Associates Inc.
A proven leader known for tackling tough issues driving high performance and achieving results Russ joined Hewitt in September 2006 bringing a strong combination of outsourcing operations and strategic consulting experience. He leads the company's 22 000 associates with a focus on creating value for the company's clients delivering innovative and high-quality service and positioning Hewitt for long-term profitable growth.
Russ has a solid reputation as a strategic decisive action-oriented and client-focused individual who places an enormously high value on people. Prior to joining Hewitt Russ served as president and CEO of The BISYS Group Inc. where he was instrumental in realigning the company's businesses. He spent more than seven years in various executive positions with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) including President of its Global Employer Services group. Russ also held senior positions at McKinsey and Company Inc. where for nearly two decades he counseled leading global companies on their business strategies with an emphasis on innovation and building market value.
Russ holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
