Mr. Devendorf manages TOUSA's treasury, structured finance and risk management functions. He joined TOUSA in 2002 during the Company's inception and was instrumental in creating TOUSA's treasury and planning departments.
Prior to joining TOUSA, Mr. Devendorf was a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Resource International, a startup sales, marketing and distribution company. Mr. Devendorf also spent several years with Ernst & Young LLP specializing in real estate.
Mr. Devendorf has a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
In October 2006, Mr. Devendorf was named in Treasury & Risk Magazine's "40 under 40" list of the next generation of America's Corporate Leaders.
