Mr. Yurk joined the firm in 2005 and concentrates his practice on federal and state appeals, complex civil litigation, and legal ethics and lawyer discipline. He received his J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law in 1998 and is admitted in all Arizona state and federal courts as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Yurk currently serves on the State Bar's Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct and has spoken at several seminars regarding professional conduct and ethics.
