Mr. Hunt co-founded Kendrick Pierce in 1995 and has over 15 years investment banking experience which includes over 50 transactions for financial institutions. Mr. Hunt's experience includes mergers and acquisitions, private placements, public offerings, and strategic financial advisory assignments. Prior to co-founding Kendrick Pierce, Mr. Hunt served in the Corporate Finance Department of a nationally recognized investment banking firm specializing in financial institutions. Previously, Mr. Hunt served as Vice President of The Hunt Group, Inc.
Mr. Hunt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the College of Business at the University of South Florida. Professional designations include FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63. |
