J. Russell Mothershed is a director of AGT. Mr. Mothershed served as the Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Ruby Tuesday Inc. after Morrison Inc. spun off into three separate companies from 1996 through 2001 after which he retired. Mr. Mothershed had a long career with Morrison Inc. serving in a variety of positions with the company. He joined Morrison Inc. in 1972 as an Assistant to the Controller. Subsequently he was promoted to Vice President and Controller then Vice President and Treasurer then Sr. Vice President-Finance and ultimately Sr. Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Morrison Inc. he was a Staff Accountant with Haskins & Sells from 1970-1972. Mr. Mothershed is a CPA in the State of Alabama and graduated from the University of South Alabama with a B.S. in Accounting in 1970. Since his retirement in 2001 Mr. Mothershed has been pursuing other business interests. |
