Russ Omer began his career with Chicopee Savings Bank in January 1998 as Senior Vice President and Senior Lender. His banking career spans nearly 30 years. Mr. Omer serves as Chairman of the Board of Our Lady of the Elms College. He also serves on the board at the Brightwood Development Corporation and the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission. |
