Russell H. Harris, MD, MMM, FACEP, CPE Chief Executive Officer, NorthEast Region Dr. Harris is also the Vice Chief of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, a position he has held for over 15 years. He is on the Emergency Medicine faculty of Thomas Jefferson University and is a frequent lecturer to residency programs. Dr. Harris is a past President of the New Jersey Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP). He also served on ACEP’s EMTALA Task Force. Dr. Harris received his Masters of Medical Management Degree from Tulane University and is active in the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE). He has more than 20 publications in medical journals and textbooks to his credit. In 2002, Dr. Harris served as the Health Policy Fellow assigned to the New Jersey Senate Health Committee. He is a Captain in the United States Naval Reserves. |
