He enjoys a successful appellate practice, including having argued and won appeal to the Georgia Supreme Court. Mr. Owens handles a variety of construction-related matters, including contract drafting, negotiation and disputes, intellectual property and defect claims. He represents owners, contractors, subcontractors and architects.
