Russell E. Blackwell, Vice President of Product and Professional Services, Paradigm Solutions International, has more than 30 years of industry management experience that consists of managing data center operations, software development teams, network operations, customer service, solutions engineering, and program/project management groups. He has held previous executive positions in the IT and telecommunications environments with various companies including RCA Global Communications, British Telecom NA, and Microlog Corporation. He successfully consulted for several years in the operations management and product development arenas, and as well, led the enterprise wide Y2K business continuity program for MCI Worldcom.
