With over 22 years in the polyolefin film industry, Russ Joseph possesses extensive experience servicing industrial film markets. Russ joined ISO in 1997 as one of its founding leaders and built a solid customer base for the company. Russ has helped grow ISO into a company that expects to produce over 40 million pounds in 2005, and he is now leading the company's growth strategy with key customer and national account responsibility. Prior to joining ISO Poly Films, Russ served as Senior Sales Representative for Industrial Poly Manufacturing, Inc. in New Jersey and has held other senior sales and marketing positions with several privately held firms in the industry. In addition, Russ has been a representative to independent manufacturers, enabling him to understand the needs of small, entrepreneurial companies. |
