Rudy Garcia is co-founder and president of LOPEZGARCIA GROUP and has been since its inception. He serves as Principal-in-Charge for several high-profile projects, including the site civil design for Tarrant County College District (Downtown Campus) and the Omni Convention Center Hotel in Fort Worth. Additionally, he will manage design review services for the future Dallas Cowboys Stadium.Rudy received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (with an emphasis on Hydraulics and Hydrology) from The University of Texas at Arlington.
