Mr. Stutzman was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2002. A Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Stutzman is past Managing Partner and current Chairman of Vicenti, Lloyd & Stutzman LLP, a local accounting firm in La Verne, California.
Mr. Stutzman graduated from the University of La Verne where he earned his bachelor’s degree; he later completed graduate work at the University of California (Los Angeles). During his career, he has served the University of La Verne as their Assistant Business Manager and, as a CVA, conducted numerous valuations for a broad range of businesses from manufacturing to real estate holding companies. Mr. Stutzman is a qualified expert for Superior Court in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Orange Counties in the areas of business valuation, economic loss, tax and accounting matters. He has shared his expertise concerning financial, tax, management and valuation matters for several business journals, including the Inland Business Magazine.
Mr. Stutzman also enjoys expertise in the financial services arena as past Member and Chairman of the Board for First Federal Savings and Loan of San Gabriel Valley, a region adjacent to the Inland Empire of Southern California.
Reflecting PFF’s tradition of service to the community, Mr. Stutzman has held leadership roles in numerous local organizations including, the YMCA, Rotary Club (La Verne Chapter), Intervalley Health Plan, LeRoy Haynes Center and the Los Angeles County Fair Association. In 1995, the LeRoy Haynes Center honored Mr. Stutzman with their Man of the Year award in acknowledgement of his service efforts. Mr. Stutzman is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the California Society of CPAs and Citrus Belt Chapter of CPAs, having served on several committees and boards over the years. |
