With a background in sales and marketing, plus training, he has designed curricula and computer-based training at leading companies for over 20 years, and has delivered on-site instruction to clients in 46 states and internationally. With a combination of established technique and wide-ranging experience, Royal has found imaginative ways to tap into the enormous wealth of existing knowledge at Didit. This includes the development of a system that encourages employees to share information internally and remain motivated to excel.
