Roy Koppenhofer has served as Chief Operating Officer of two leading Independent Selling Organizations in the chemical industry: SOCO Chemical, Inc. (now Brenntag, Inc.) in Reading, PA and Chemtech Industries in Saint Louis, MO. He has also served as Senior Vice President of another leading rep placement firm and has operated Berkshire Consulting Services, a regionally-focused management consulting firm.

In November 2006, the shareholders of TruTek Inc elected Roy to their board of directors. TruTek (online at www.TruTekInc.com) is a manufacturer of medical devices incorporating infrared technology. The company is poised to introduce the TruTek Infrared Tympanic Thermometer to the healthcare market.

Roy is a graduate of Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA with a B.A. in Chemistry (with distinction). He has also participated in the Advanced Management Program offered by MIT Sloan School of Management
