As Chief Financial Officer of CDC Software, Roy Goodman is responsible for all corporate financial activity throughout the company's global operations.
Mr. Goodman has more than 25 years of financial management experience, with 10 years experience as the CFO of publicly traded companies. He brings to CDC Software a broad finance background and an extensive history of managing complex transactions, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic and financial planning, SEC reporting, real estate and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to CDC Software, Mr. Goodman served as CFO for RealNetworks, a global provider of network-delivered digital media products and services, as well as software products and services. Earlier, he was CFO for Juniper Financial Corporation and Heilig-Meyers Corporation. |
