Mr. Delizia brings to Fairmount over twenty years of merger and acquisition experience. Mr. Delizia gained this experience as a principal for an international consulting firm, from extensive work with two publicly held companies and as an investment banker. Previously, Mr. Delizia was a senior vice president with Investec, Inc. and its predecessor PMG Capital. Mr. Delizia came to PMG after directing the acquisition function for Hunt Corporation, a publicly held company during his tenure, and helping Hunt grow its sales from $80 million to almost $350 million. Mr. Delizia has experience with domestic and international acquisitions and has developed particular strengths on the buy-side in finding and acquiring privately-held companies. He has completed transactions in the specialty chemical, financial services, defense electronics, avionics, consumer products, digital imaging, telecommunications, software, building products, specialty pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical services industries. Mr. Delizia received a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University, a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnic University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Drexel University. |
