Mr. Banks has over 15 years of experience in the high-tech Internet marketing and payment processing industries. He has developed an expertise in several disciplines of business management including operations marketing sales engineering product/project management manufacturing and distribution of products and services. He has held numerous executive level management positions such as General Manager VP of Business Development Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Director of Corporate Strategy with leading high-tech companies. As President of Authorize.Net a leading provider of Internet Payment Processing products and services Mr. Banks is responsible for the daily business operations as well as the strategic growth and vision for the company. Under Mr. Banks' leadership Authorize.Net revenue has profitability grown 25% to 30% year over year for the past 7 years and has amassed a customer base of over 136 000 merchants as wells a reseller distribution channel of over 3 000 partners. In 2005 Mr. Banks was elected to the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) Board of Directors an international trade association serving the needs of organizations offering transaction processing products/services. Mr. Banks has also served in the Department of the Navy and holds a BS in Marketing from Utah Valley State College. |
