Since 1989, Roy has developed into a broad-based, multi-disciplined trainer. He has experience in all aspects of fitness, fitness management and post rehabilitation. Roy specializes in structural integrity or skeletal alignment, weight loss, hypertrophy, post rehabilitation, pre-habilitation, muscular endurance, increased range of motion, sport specific training: Soccer, Basketball and Tennis.Roy is a Fitness Specialist (U.I.C) and a Medical Exercise Specialist (A.A.F.P). He wrote most of the in house training manual and implemented 11 programs in 1999, which are still in use today. Roy trains the new trainers and has recently given a workshop to exercise specialist, at North Central College in Northern Michigan.Roy also holds an instructor ranks in Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate and Chi Tao Chuan Gung Fu. He also has certifications and experience in Soccer coaching and refereeing. |
