Roy W. Hibberd has served as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel since July 2005. Prior to joining us, Mr. Hibberd served as a Managing Director of Smooth Engine, Inc., a consulting company providing services to growth-oriented companies and private equity firms from 2004 to July 2005 and as a Managing Director of Millennium Services Corp., a franchise and business consulting firm, from 2002 to July 2005. From 2000 to 2002, he served as the General Counsel and Managing Director (US) for the United States operations of Virtual Internet, plc, a London based public company providing internet services and from 1996 to 1999 as the Vice President and General Manager, The Americas for the American Express Company. |
