RoxAnn D. Mack is a paralegal Faegre & Benson’s Boulder office. RoxAnn has worked in the legal field since 1981 and has been with the Boulder office since 1989. She has assisted attorneys in the areas of general corporate, business organization, entity formation, transactional and contract law, public and private securities transactions, and uniform commercial code. In addition, she performs bankruptcy preference analysis for the Finance and Restructuring practice group in Colorado. RoxAnn graduated from Fort Hays State University in 1981 and received her paralegal certification from Community College of Denver in 1996. She is a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, having served as a former District Director for the Central and West Central Regions, and former President of the Mile High Alumni Chapter in Denver.RoxAnn was the recipient of the 2004 Faegre & Benson LLP Community Service Award for her extensive volunteer and community service work, both within the firm and with other organizations. Since 1996, she has been a team captain and participant in the annual Komen Denver Race for the Cure raising funds for the fight against breast cancer. |
