Roxana Wizorek is a registered patent attorney and member of Godfrey & Kahn's Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. Roxana is involved in counseling clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters. She concentrates her efforts in the litigation, prosecution, licensing and protection of intellectual property including, patents, trademarks and copyrights. She has represented clients in cases involving claims of patent, trademark and trade dress infringement, unfair competition, false advertising and copyright infringement. In addition Roxana has represented clients in administrative proceeding before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has handled Internet domain name disputes under the Domain-Name Dispute Resolution (UDRP) arbitration procedure. Roxana graduated summa cum laude from the Catholic University of America, where she served as Note and Comment Editor of the Catholic University Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Roxana received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Loyola University Chicago. Roxana is a member of the Missouri State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
