Rossana Fontenele Berto has been a member of our board of directors since April 30, 2003. Ms. Berto has been Director of Strategic Planning of Globo (and prior to their restructuring, of TV Globo and Globopar) since 2002. Prior to that, Ms. Berto was the Managing Director of Sky Brasil from 1999 to February 2002, General Director of Net Rio from 1998 to 1999 and Controller of Multicanal from 1993 to 1998.
