Ross Bonanno, US Airways vice president, airport operations - eastern division, is responsible for customer service and station operations in the airline's Eastern region, which includes the Philadelphia and Charlotte hubs, Pittsburgh, and nearly 40 additional US Airways cities.
Bonanno has nearly 30 years of aviation experience, including an extensive history of hub management experience. He began his career with American Airlines, where he spent 23 years in a variety of roles, ranging from labor relations to technology to customer service and ground operations. He also spent three years with Southwest Airlines, and in his last position with that airline served as director, corporate planning. Additional experience includes Sabre, Inc. where he was director, technology solutions. Bonanno holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from St. Bonaventure University in Olean, NY.
