Ross J. Nova is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group and the Litigation Practice Group of Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. and practices in the firm's Green Bay office. Ross is a management-side attorney for both public and private employers. He also specializes in complex commercial litigation for individuals, small businesses, large corporations and insurance companies. Ross has appeared in front of both judicial and administrative bodies on a variety of issues and has given numerous seminars on employment issues including harassment, wages, hiring/firing, medical leave and non-compete agreements. Mr. Nova has been published on the topic of preventing religious discrimination claims. He has also appeared in front of the Federal District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, as well as numerous circuit courts. Mr. Nova received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Dartmouth College in 1994. He graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2000 (with honors). Mr. Nova has previously clerked with the Honorable William Browning (Federal District Court, Tucson, Arizona), Boothby & Yingst (Washington, D.C.), and Monroe & Associates, P.C. (Tucson, Arizona).
