Roslyn B. Payne, a licensed real estate broker in California, has more than 30 years of real estate development, finance, and investment banking experience. She founded Jackson Street Partners, Ltd., a San Francisco real estate venture capital company, where she serves as a principal. She also owns Dover Corporation, which provides equity capital for residential developers.
Prior to this, Payne was an executive with various real estate companies, including serving as president of the Federal Asset Disposition Association. She is a member of several professional and community organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, Lambda Alpha International, and the Bay Area Mortgage Association. Payne also serves on the California Transportation Commission's Real Estate Advisory Panel.
In addition to holding a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Payne is a member of the Visiting Committees for both schools. |
