Rosina L. Giuliante is a Vice President focused on infrastructure investments. She is based in New York.
Prior to joining Carlyle, Ms. Giuliante was a Senior Vice President with GE Energy Financial Services, Inc. where she focused on energy principal investments in the power, transmission and distribution sectors as well as managed an $850 million international portfolio of equity and debt energy investments. Prior to GE, Ms. Giuliante was an associate in Goldman Sachs' Communications, Media and Entertainment investment banking group. Rosina also worked at Ernst & Young LLP where she managed financial assurance audits and M&A consulting projects for clients in the financial services industry.
Ms. Giuliante received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, graduated with a B.S. in accounting from Boston College and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
