Roseann Lynn Brenner concentrates her civil litigation practice in the defense of medical malpractice, long term care, insurance casualty and construction liability claims as well as insurance coverage and licensing issues. She regularly tries cases in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Brenner has presented seminars on medical legal issues and has taught continuing legal education seminars on the subject of nursing home litigation in addition to trial advocacy at Dickinson Law School. She co-authored an article entitled "Certificates of Merit: Compelling Litigation" that was published in The Legal Intelligencer. She graduated from Temple University School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree maxima cum laude from La Salle University. Following graduation from law school, Ms. Brenner served as law clerk to The Honorable Thomas J. Eshelman in Berks County Court of Common Pleas and then as law clerk to The Honorable E. Mac Troutman of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Brenner is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey, and the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. |
