Rosalyn S. Elton is Senior Vice President Operations Finance for Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA, the nation’s leading provider of healthcare services. She is responsible for planning HCA’s capital and operating budgets, analyzing the financial operations of the company’s approximately 200 hospitals and managing the process by which HCA allocates more than $2 billion in capital annually to its facilities.
She joined HCA in 1988 as a controller and has held a number of financial planning positions. She was named Vice President of Operations Finance in 1997 and has held her current position since 1999.
Elton is on the board of directors of the Tennessee Repertory Theatre and Alive Hospice.
A Certified Public Accountant, Elton received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kent State University. She was born on May 31, 1961.
