Roni Shapira has traveled the world over in an ongoing search for adventure, the best falafel sandwich and the perfect pair of flats. She holds a Ph.D. in Cultural Studies but will ditch Nietzsche for lunch with the girls any day. She enjoys reading and writing about food as much as she enjoys cooking and eating.
