Ms. Bava assists in the preparation of uniform franchise disclosure documents, prepares state franchise registration applications and filings, facilitates and administers the registration process, and tracks registration periods for franchisors. She also prepares amended filings, annual disclosure document updates, and state franchise registration renewal applications and filings. Ms. Bava is a former Director of Traffic and Clearance for a large broadcasting company based in Dallas. She has also owned a broadcasting consulting firm and attended Prairie State College in Illinois. |
