Ronan Murphy was appointed to his present position on 1st January 2004. His responsibilities include Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory and Compliance Risk and Basel 2.
Ronan joined Bank of Ireland Group in 1987 from Citibank, where he had experience in corporate banking, finance and venture capital. Since joining the Group, he has held senior positions in Corporate Banking and as Managing Director of Bank of Ireland International Finance. He is an Economics graduate of University College Dublin. |
