Mr. Trinchitella lives in Blackhawk, California and is married with two grown children. He owns various commercial properties, apartment complexes, and holds a number of first deeds of trust across the country. Mr. Trinchitella has run a highly successful family business in San Jose, California, for thirty-seven years until sold in 1997. He also was managing partner of a minority partnership since the inception and approval of the F.C.C for (MSA) in 1986 till they sold for hundreds times their investments. Mr. Trinchitella was a highly visible minority interest owner of 60 (MSA) from coast to coast, also representative of hundreds of minorities on the Board of Directors of McCaw Cellular, AT&T Cellular, and Cellularone until sold in 1999. He also was a member of the Board of Directors of Illinois Nine Cellular telephone Company until its sale in 1999. He brings valuable experience in raising equity money for the development of Clearwave's business plan. |
