Mr. Thomas is an experienced Corporate Manager responsible for the strategic direction and management of McNeil’s overall business base. He is involved in the ongoing development of the corporate infrastructure, directing business development efforts, leading merger and acquisition activities, establishing contract and pricing strategies for existing and new opportunities, managing quality oversight of McNeil Technologies project work, and guiding the overall technical management team in the conduct of their project operations.
Mr. Thomas joined McNeil in 1996 and has held the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer within the organization. He has more than 30 years of experience that includes building and operating competitive business practices within the Federal sector in transportation safety, energy, environment, language, management, and information systems programs. He successfully established a security business practice for McNeil, and was instrumental in developing business with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) for commodity, passenger, and baggage screening services.
Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Gannon College, and an Master of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University. |
